Application Assistance: Integral to the distribution of products is the technical assistance we offer utilizing over 30 years of combined experience in the application and support of automation equipment. Provide us with your application requirements and we will work closely with you to ensure you have what you need to get the job done. In addition, we can often track down the current market solution to obsolete parts, or replacements for items by another manufacturer or within an integrated system. Price & Delivery Quote Requests: We offer competitive pricing and timely delivery by working closely with manufacturers on pricing issues, volume discounts, and inventory levels. High volume items are maintained in local stock to provide same-day or next day service to our customers. Many items are maintained in factory stock and can be provided overnight when necessary. Normal factory stock ground ship orders are batch processed and arrive to the customer within 5 to 6 workdays. We’ll be happy to quote price and delivery on the phone and/or provide a faxed or emailed copy as needed to facilitate your purchase process. We will also work with you to find alternatives in those instances when the requested part is not available in time to meet your needs. Sometimes it may be as simple as using a right-angle connector instead of a straight connector on a cable, or going with a different color terminal block. Place an Order: Once you know the parts you wish to order and are prepared to do so, you may place the order by fax, phone or online using our contact form. If the order is according to a quote and you have a quote number, you may wish to reference the quote number to facilitate the order process. We appreciate your business and process all orders as quickly and accurately as possible.
Order Status: After an order has been placed, you can always call us to request a status of the order. Our system tracks all orders through quote, order, backorder, shipping, and invoice. With UPS, FedEx, and other shipping services, we track the physical order from manufacturing or inventory to your dock.
