DESCRIPTION: Create and implement sales strategies that will result in increased sales, market penetration and market expansion. Sell products and services to assigned customers and within a geographical territory. Represent the company to the customer and customer to the company in all sales oriented activities. Learn and maintain current knowledge of company products and services. Apply knowledge of products, pricing plans, competition, marketing activities, sales objectives and sales skills to drive sales expansion. Follow and implement a disciplined sales process.

REQUIREMENTS: This job entails management of sales accounts in Augusta, GA and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be skilled in relationship building, motivated by "no-ceiling" commission structures, capable of hands-on demonstration of technical products, and find enjoyment in helping people solve problems on the plant floor. Sales experience, technical education and/or experience working with automation controls are desirable.
